  33. Actually, grabbing the frames for a background image-sequence is about as
  34. quick and dirty as you can get.  Of course, it all depends on the
  35. equipment you're using.  With a PAR or PVR, it's just a matter of
  36. recording the video, entering LightWave, and loading the video as a
  37. background sequence.  It gives you the cleanest look for a minimal amount
  38. of work.

  41. how that looks.
